첫째,  2025년 12월 6일 (토) 16시32분경부터 16시35분경까지 사이에 오키나와(沖縄)본토 남동방 공해 상공에서 중국 해군 항공모함 랴오닝함(遼寧艦)에서 발진한 J-15전투기가 해당 기체에 대한 대영공침범 조치를 취하고 있던 항공자위대 F-15전투기에 대하여 간헐적으로 레이더를 조사하는 사건이 발생했다.

둘째,  6일 18시37분경부터 19시08분경까지 사이에 오키나와 본토 남동방 공해 상공에서 중국 해군 항공모함 랴오닝함에서 발진한 J-15전투기가 해당 기체에 대한 대영공침범 조치를 취하고 있던 상기와는 다른 항공자위대 F-15전투기에 대하여 간헐적으로 레이더를 조사하는 사건이 발생했다.

이번 레이더 조사는 항공기의 안전비행에 필요한 범위를 넘는 위험한 행위다. 이와 같은 사건이 발생한 것은 매우 유감으로 생각되며, 중국 측에는 강력히 항의하였으며 재발 방지를 엄중히 요구하였다.

또한, 자위대기 및 대원에게 피해는 없다.

 

Radar Illumination of JASDF Aircraft by Chinese Military Aircraft

First, between approximately 16 : 32 and 16 : 35 on Saturday, December 6, 2025, an incident arose that J-15 fighter aircraft, which launched from the aircraft carrier "Liaoning" of the Chinese Navy in the high seas airspace southeast of Okinawa island, intermittently illuminated by its radar F-15 fighter aircraft of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, which were conducting airspace intrusion countermeasures against the aircraft.

Secondly, between approximately 18 : 37 and 19 : 08 on that day, an incident arose that the J-15 fighter aircraft, which launched from the aircraft carrier "Liaoning" of the Chinese Navy airspace southeast of Okinawa island, intermittently illuminated by its radar another F-15 fighter aircraft of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, which were conducting airspace intrusion countermeasures against the aircraft.

The radar illumination was a dangerous act that exceeded the range necessary for a safe flight of aircraft. It was extremely regrettable that such incidents took place, and the Japanese Government made a strong protest against such extremely dangerous acts and strongly urged the Government of China to ensure that similar actions do not recur.

There was no damage to the aircraft and the personnel of Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
